your designs:
- Back lock: 100% of our FFC/FPC ZIF connectors utilize our back lock cam mechanism which reduces damage to the FPC while increasing the connection reliability
- Cable lock: Our newer FFC/FPC ZIF connectors have a locking mechanism to lock the FPC cable for maximum retention and alignment within the FPC Connector
- Ultra Low profile: We understand the challenges of today’s electronic market space constraints. We are leading the way with the thinnest LIF/ZIF connectors on the market with
thicknesses ranging from as small as 0.5mm height with most of our FPC LIF connectors less than 1.0mm in height.
- Fine pitch: Reduced board space equates to value to designers. We have created LIF connectors for FPC circuits with alternatives including 0.2mm pitch, 0.25mm pitch, 0.3mm
pitch, 0.4mm pitch and 0.5mm pitch.
- Thin FPC: We are following the trends of the industry by developing products compatible to FPC thickness of 0.12mm to 0.3mm, which allow for mating without the need for the
extra cost of interface stiffeners
- Upper and lower contacts: We offer a variety of connectors to match your specific design needs. We were the first to offer connected upper and lower contacts to allow for FPC
design flexibility where a single ZIF connector can be utilized for either upper or lower contact requirements.
